Joe is General Counsel by Cannon’s Operational Excellence Consultant and Corporate Trainer. Throughout his 25-year career, Eckerle has held many senior management positions with P&L responsibilities of more than $300MM. Eckerle currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at the largest Dental Service organizations in Connecticut and is the Head Brewer at Brew Practitioners in Massachusetts. He recently served as the Divisional Vice President for Dental Care Alliance. The 3rd largest Dental Service Organization in the country where he excelled in relationship building, patient care, coaching and bottom-line performance. Eckerle also served as Vice President of Operations at Pelican Products with multi-state responsibilities and complete P&L control and Technicolor, where he oversaw multi-state operational initiatives for the world's largest pre-recorded, optical disc manufacturing facilities. Eckerle also held various leadership positions at Sony, Mitsui Advanced Media and TriMedx Healthcare Services where he was instrumental in process improvements and green field startups. Eckerle, has managed technology roll-outs for such industry-changing products such as DVD, CD Rom, Mini Discs and Xbox® discs. He is fluent in Operational Excellence Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology.

Joe is a certified Scrum Master which gives him yet another tool in his toolbox to help companies achieve success through project management. Joe has successfully helped organizations create and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), Dashboarding and analytic tools to create “needle moving” processes and procedures. Being well versed in Lean manufacturing enables Joe to help organizations streamline processes while reducing waste. He is a leadership coach with high emotional intelligence (EQ). Joe has used this skill to assist companies with transforming their leadership team.  While Joe’s primary goal is to assist companies with creating efficiencies that will increase revenue and maximize profits, he is also adept at identifying issues and providing solutions that improve the company culture and reputation and enables the company to nourish and retain the right employees. He is also an expert Mentor and Customer Service and Client Relations trainer.

Joe earned his master’s in business administration from Regis University and his bachelor's degree in engineering from Central Michigan University.  He is currently pursuing his Doctorate degree in Business Administration at California Southern University. When Joe is not working, he spends his time traveling, brewing beer, and tinkering with one of his many classic vehicles.

We would be remiss to leave out that Joe is a two-time, back-to-back, Youth Basketball League Championship Coach helping to nurture the college athletic career of many of his former athletes.
