Ryan serves as General Counsel by Cannon’s Accountant and Project Manager. Ryan is an experienced brewer, distiller, project manager, and process and people manager. Ryan manages the day-to-day operations of Brew Practitioners, including brewing operations, and canning operations. He is adept at cost control and has experience at restructuring of budgets for labor, assets, inventory purchases and technology upgrades. Ryan also has previous experience managing client relations within a boutique business law firm, where he specialized in managing matters related to commercial real estate clients; maintained open communication by presenting weekly updates on project status to over 400 clients. He updated operational methods and oversaw accounting procedures; and reviewed and drafted contracts, including purchase agreements, leases, and loan agreements at the law firm. Ryan has also served as the bookkeeper for Irish Mortgage Broker in Dublin, Ireland.

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from the University of New Hampshire,
Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics; and studied Business Administration at Griffith College in Dublin, Ireland.

Ryan was on the track and field team in college serving as the co-captain of the team; and has been a youth group leader for the past decade. When he is not working, Ryan enjoys brewing beer and creating distilled spirits, skiing, hiking, fishing, running, working on cars & boats, commercial real estate, and disc golf. Ryan is General Counsel by Cannon’s resident Jack of all trades, Star Wars aficionado, and Master Irish Woodworker.
